She was predeceased by: her husband E. J.; her parents, William Manucy and Myrtle Manucy; her sister Barbara Osteen; and her husbands, Jerry Stuart Colee and Emery J..
She is survived by: her child Kelly Westbrooke (John); her stepsons, Dean Pacetti, Barry Pacetti, Brett Pacetti (Robin), Chris Pacetti (Tina) and Sandie Stratton; her niece Deanna Gross; and her nephews, William Osteen and Michael Osteen (Cheryl). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and extended family and close friends.
Flowers are gratefully accepted as are contributions in memory of Frankie to Community Hospice of NE Florida.
