She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Suzan VandeVelde (Dan) of Marietta and Sandra Griffin (Greer) of Bossier City; her grandchildren, Megan McClendon (Sam), Ashley Wilson, Sara White (Lane), Mary Virginia Griffin and Jack Griffin; her great grandchildren, Sadie McClendon, Peter McClendon and Charlotte White; her sister Margaret Jane Garrett; her niece Terry Jane Hess (Kirk) of Hillsboro; her husband Franklin Persons; and her child Elaine.
