He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis Griffin and Frances Louise Wright; his nephew James E Halbrook Jr.; his parents-in-law, John H Foote and Barbara A Foote; and his brother-in-law John W Foote.
He is survived by: his wife Paula J Griffin; his siblings, Terry Griffin Meier (Al), Gregory L Griffin (Carmen) and Matthew S Griffin (Caroline); his stepmother Rachel Griffin; his uncle Herbert Griffin; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Corrao (Phil), Laurel, Justin Corrao, Kimberly Halbrook, Alexandra, Christian, Gabrielle Griffin, Chad, Matthew, Tyler and Zac.
