It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Tigner of Saint Augustine, Florida, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Neva L. Tigner (Hensley). He is survived by: his father Wilbur F. Tigner; his pet Maggie; his aunt Irma; and his former wife Melaine Zavri of New York. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
