He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Carrick (Angela) of St. Augustine and Leigh Carrick (Fox) of Jacksonville; the mothers of child, Chase Carrick and Katie Jervey of St. Augustine, FL; his brother Cody Carrick (Elena) of St. Augustine; his grandparents, Melvin "Mel", Carolyn Carrick of Jacksonville, FL. and Suzanne Furlough of Joelton, Tennessee; his siblings, Nina (Ashley) and Rudy; his nephew Cameron Ullery; and his niece Kensley Swanner. He is also survived by his family and friends.
