She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayden and Edna Hayden; her husband James Fortin; her grandchildren, Jamielynn and Jamesjesse Morgan; and her siblings, Katherine Hayden, Robert and Terry Hayden.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Morgan and Chris Fortin of St. Augustine; her cousins, Margaret Vinecki (Ted) and Norma Cannella-Kammer of Downers Grove, IL; and her granddaughter Samantha Fortin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or those wishing may make a contribution in her memory to the Spina Bifida of Jacksonville, 2970 Mercury Road Jacksonville, Fl, 32207 which was a cause near to her heart.
