He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Wallace; and his daughters, Cynthia Bayly (Carter), Pamela Dotson (Geary), Becky Taylor (Darren) and Dana Wallace (Nicole). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
