She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Osteen; and her grandson Justin Wayne Osteen. She is survived by: her children, James Osteen (Joan) of St. Augustine, Jerry Osteen of St. Augustine, Vera Osteen of St. Augustine and Todd Osteen of St. Augustine; her sisters, Rita Martinez of St. Augustine and Becky Martinez of Silver Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Craig Herzog, Celeste Ashcroft and Christina Osteen; and her friend Brenda Faulk.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Community Hospice of NE Florida would be greatly appreciated by the family.
