She is survived by: her mother Sherry Thompson Kay of Cartersville; her grandchildren, Bethanie and Colt; her fiancé Artie Hamblin; her children, Bethanie of St. Augustine and Colt Hamblin of St. Augustine; her stepfather Raymond "Buddy" Dockery of Dallas; her grandparents, Teresa Bell of Cartersville and Joseph Turner; her sisters, Kristie Thompson and Misty Wigley; and her siblings-in-law, Taylor Woods, Shelly Long, Chelsey Thompson, Kristin Thompson and Dustin Thompson. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
