He is survived by: his sons, Jackson and Miles; his stepson Jamie Ferrio; his parents, Evon Bernard Carter of Woodbridge, VA and Brigitte Carter (Chris) of Oklahoma City, OK; his brother Justin (Laura); his nephew Winston of Frederick County, MD; his sister Courtney (Kelvin) of Centreville, VA.; and his grandparents, Earle, Francois Freeman and Margaret Carter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
