He is survived by: his wife Cleta; and his children, Jill Andrews (Sam), Eric Vanhorn (Shalle), Amy Thomas (Mike), Craig Van Horn (Laura) and Laura Nelson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
