He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Kelly and Timothy Kelly Sr.; his brother Timothy Kelly Jr.; his daughter Lisa Mack; and his son-in-law Robert Mack.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Karpowicz-Kelly; his sons, Richard E. Kelly Jr. (Karen) and Christopher Kelly (Cathleen); his sister Dolores Nielsen; his grandchildren, Joshua, Kira, Aiden, Flynn and Christian; his nieces, Beth, Beverly, Barbara (Gil), Laura and Lola (Giovanni); his nephew Bobby (Billie); and his friends, Tony Testa, Tommy Sullivan, Neil Ciccone and Charlie Anderson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
