He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Millington and Dorothy Millington; his wife Mary Jo Millington of Safety Harbor; his daughter Marcia Brock (Tim); his grandsons, Paul of Palm Harbor and Kyle Brock of Palm Harbor; his siblings, Carol Durkin of Williamsville, NY and Donald Millington (Linda) of Monticello; and his son James M. Millington.
