It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Harvard Warnock (Safety Harbor, Florida), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Warnock and Julia Warnock. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his siblings, Rob, Wimberly (Van) and Jan; his sisters-in-law, Megan (Mark), Michele (Paul), Shawn and Jamie (Joe); and his children, Brandy, Sammi and Willie. He is also survived by extended family members, friends, and many Nieces and Nephews.

However, seeing him in personal after 40 years was joyful. Hugh was the most caring, positive and nicest guy and I will proudly call him my friend always.
