She is survived by: her children, Patricia McGroary (Dan), Mary Ellen Vanaken (Daniel) and Michael Faehner; her grandchildren, Megan Heffernan, Kimberly and Matthew McGroary; and her sister Marion West. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Florence to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd. Clearwater, FL 33760.
