He is survived by: his wife Raylene Barger; his daughter Karen Miller (Michael); his daughter-in-law Laurie Barger; his stepchildren, Joel Dominey (Melanie), Jeffery Dominey, Jason Dominey, Julie Cinotti (James) and Jody Donaldson (Michael); his siblings, Lorraine Brown (Richard), Phyllis Johnson (Donald) and Lawrence Barger (Carol); his brother-in-law Jerome Barrett; his grandchildren, Jennifer Isles (Justin), Kacey Abbott (Ryan), Tyler Cinotti, Allison Miller, Danielle Barger, Kirsten Cinotti, Jillian Donaldson and Brooks Donaldson; and his great grandchild River Cinotti.
