She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Self (Mike Self); her grandchildren, Kristen, Ethan, Noah and Robert Cook; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Hailey and Gabe; her grandson Kevin Cook (Jess Cook); and her children, Cameron and Caden.
In lieu of flowers, we are accepting donations to Wellspring worship department where she served and played her violin for many years.
