She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Bowen and Mary Covey Matusek; her husband John Jakubic; her children-in-law, William "Bee" Widmor and Cara L. Baker; and her siblings, Billy Bowen and Rosalie Matusek.
She is survived by: her pets, Sugar and Luca; her daughters, Charmaine Widmor of St. Clairsville, Charlene Baker (Chet) of St. Clairsville, Chantal Copeland of Ruskin and Charena Minger (James) of St. Clairsville; her siblings, Mary Jo Shinoski (Joe), Roselynn Leone (Bob) and John Al Matusek (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Wendy Jackson (Chris), Rebecca Johnson (James), Chester Baker, Jennefer Costlow (Kevin), Kyle Copeland (Katie) and Alex Minger; and her great grandchildren, Jermaine Jackson (Kayla) and Connor Baker.
