He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Payne and Dorothy Steffens; his son David; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Lisa (Sonny); and his stepchildren, Kevin (Karen), Kelly (Mark) and James Peter (Peggy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory (110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 S State Rd 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
