He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas and Monserrate; his children, Luis Santiago, Jr. and Margie Santiago; and his wife Carmen Santiago.
He is survived by: his children, Iris (Angel), Jorge (Natalia) and Marta. He is also survived by grandchildren and a recently born great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tillman Funeral Home and Crematory (2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery (10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411).
He received many awards for his service and charity from his local communities.
