He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Hugh and Anna Elizabeth Baker (Rizor); and his brother Harlow Hugh Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sondra G. Kolker.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Byhalia Cemetery (21199-20901 Lingrell Rd, West Mansfield, OH 43358).
