“I didn't know Scott as well as many others knew him. The brief encounters I did experience with him and the people who did know him well are remembered as friendly, unique and strong with his own firm and sometime rigid personality. One of the times I remember was at the Rotonda VFW; he was dressed as Dracula. I think we enjoyed his enjoyment and participation as well as he did. I also remember interactions with his son Scott; who he raised and was a powerful young Marine.”
