She was predeceased by: her spouse Addis E. Cloak, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Addis E. Cloak, Jr. of Rotonda West, FL and Cheryl; her son-in-law William Bramble of Jefferson City, TN; and her sister Jean Palinski. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
