He is survived by: his parents, James H. and Barbara; his wife Mary; his children, James H. Kirk, III (Jill) of Columbia, TN and Kelly Nicole Kirk of Moab; his siblings, Deborah Kirk of Lebanon, Greg Kirk of Milford, Rob Kirk of Goshen and John Kirk of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Haden, Halle and Georgia Kirk.
