She is survived by: her daughter Toni Rosa of Trumbull; her siblings, Emidio Pires (Janice), Manuel Pires (Margarida), Antonio Pires (Ana), Noemia Rodrigues (Charles) and Eusebio Pires; and her aunt Noemia Goncalves of Connecticut. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
