He was predeceased by: his parents, Seneca Reed Caulkins and Mary Caroline Chase; and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rea Wright Caulkins; his children, Teresa Horesta (George) of Downingtown, PA and Brian Caulkins (Laura) of Pasadena, MD; his stepchildren, Carri Lewis (Steven) of Laurel, MD, Ryan Philips (Sandy) of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Wendy Phillips of Havre; and his sister Penelope Phelps (Herbert) of Venice, FL. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Daniel Caulkins.
