Barbara May McCorkle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2022, at the age of 93, Barbara May McCorkle of Rotonda West, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Chaput and Ella Chaput (Stowell); her sons, James R. Stanley (Karen), Joseph S. Stanley (Patricia), Edward R. Stanley (Sandra), Raymond T. Stanley (Christine) and Michael J. McCorkle; and her siblings, Richard Chaput (late Marie), Irene Chaput Bradley (late Theodore) and Leona Chaput Dunham (late Earl).
She is survived by: her husband James R. McCorkle, Sr. (Jim); her sons, Russell R. Stanley (Ruth Ann) of South Dartmouth, MA and James (Jay) R. McCorkle, Jr (Michele); and her siblings, Russell Chaput (late Louise), Robert Chaput (late Joyce), Victoria Chaput Jean (David) and Shirley Chaput Blackey (late Gordon). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, her numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
