He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred and Arthur; and his siblings, Dale and Kay Elizabeth Billingsley. He is survived by: his sons, William and Jonathan; and his brother John. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
