He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mauk and Mary Mauk; his brothers, Clarence, Jr. and Tommy Mauk; and his daughter Connie Garcia.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Mauk and Leigh Ann; his son-in-law Rocky Richardson; his grandchildren, Matt Meyer, Tori Franks and Summer Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Noah Meyer, Nathan, Noelle Franks and Olivia Bronson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran School in Rockledge, Florida.
