He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Lowe and Alexander Damron (Bear); his wife Helen Brownfield Rudy Damron; his siblings, Eloise Weeden, Judith Koscher, Gail Gooding Stewart and Alex Damron Jr.; his daughter Kathy Mott Franze; and his grandchildren, Michael Mott (Melissa) and Lauren Mott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glena Faye Spears, Carol Sims, Lavern Swiggar (Jim) and Gene Damron; and his children, Deborah Gutaski (Martin), Carol Hughes (Tyson), Allen Rudy, Steven Damron and Chris Damron (Letitia). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Interment: 2:30pm at Florida Memorial Gardens (5950 US-1, Rockledge FL), Donations in lieu of flowers to Grace United Methodist Church of Merritt Island 65 Needle Blvd, Merritt Island, FL 32953.
