We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 95, Ruth Elaine Turner (Rockledge, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Noel and Janie Noel; her grandchild Carey; her stepson Jimmy Turner; her grandson Trent; and her siblings, Robert J. Noel (Mary Margaret), Leonard Noel (Stella) and Martha.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Lane, III and Margaret Daly; her granddaughters, Cherie Hatley (Brian) and Tracie Lipscomb (Randee); her sister Mary McKinney; her stepson Jerry Turner; and her grandchildren, Gary, Shawn, Jody Turner (Ranee) and Courtenay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
