He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Garrison. He is survived by: his children, Don (Donna), Steve (Debbie) and Ronda (Chris); his grandchildren, Robbie (Katie), Patrick (Stephanie), Jesse (Connie), Jerrid (Michelle), Mitch (Christie) and Chase; his great grandchildren, Kelby, Peighton, Hannah, Julia, Colton, Haylee and Cash; his great great grandchild Waylon; and his brother Hillary Jay Chambers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Melbourne Police Foundation Shop with a Cop program.
