He was predeceased by: his sister Ann Harvey of Rio Grande, AZ.. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Rick (Jean) of Ardmore, TN and Dan of New Plymouth, OH; and his siblings, Jeff (Joyce) of Albuquerque, NM and Sue Martinez of Amherst, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Harold's memory to any of the following charities.
