She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Rex and Jean Rex Kizer; and her sister-in-law Colleen Rex. She is survived by: her son Bill Neal (Dawn); her grandchildren, Alex, Amy and Johnathon; and her siblings, J. Michael Rex and Becky Wilkins (Marvin). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
