She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Noel and Gretchen Williams Noel. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Higgs; her sons, Alan Higgs (Jason) of Atlanta, GA and Matthew Higgs; and her sister Nicki Vaughan (David). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
