He was predeceased by: his father Michael Mitchell Hornick, Jr.; and his grandparents, Morris and Elise Redfern. He is survived by: his mother Eloise Chandler (Redfern) of Mims, FL; his siblings, Michelle Marie Hornick of Rockledge, FL, Kristine Cullinan of Titusville, FL and Brian Vanetten (Kristi); his nephew Zakk Vanetten; and his niece Zoe Vanetten.
