She is survived by: her husband Jaime Tolentino; her children, James, Christopher Tolentino, Kay Tolentino Michel and Anne Tolentino Ramsey; and her grandchildren, Nikki, Casey, Mikayla, Katie, Cadence, Race, Courtney, Zach and Xander.
