She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Patterson and Bernice Patterson; and her siblings, Perry Patterson of Maryland and Pamela Lyons of Maryland. She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Patterson of Michigan; her children, Kathy Easter of South Carolina, Suzanne Vidal Ramsey of Florida and James Leyte Vidal of Florida; her grandchildren, Blake Easter, Danielle Corley, Riley Ramsey, Kaycie Ramsey, Abigail Leyte-Vidal, Michael Leyte-Vidal, Catherine Leyte-Vidal and Brandon Leyte-Vidal; and her great grandchild Ada Corley.
In honor of Kay's memory, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care or the Alzheimer's Association.
