He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shepard Mulkey and Mary Elizabeth Geissel; and his sister Laura Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Merri Mulkey; his children, Dawn Edsall (Brian Edsall) and Brian Mulkey (Sarah Mulkey); his grandchildren, Anne, Katelyn and Jack; and his pet Rocky Bird.
