He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Vanessa Vowell (Gauzens) and Chris Gauzens (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Brody, Braxton, Jordan and Cody; his sister Judy Corbisiero of Hendersonville; and his niece Gina Nicholson of Hendersonville.
