He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Clay (Mary), Kevin Clay (Dawn) and Scott Clay (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Eric, Victoria, Nicholas, Colleen and Kendall. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
