He is survived by: his wife Diane; his great grandchild Madison Andrysiak; his grandsons, Cordell Vincent and Andrew Andrysiak (Jamie); his children, Suzy Milliken, Merrill Vincent and Doug Milliken; and his son-in-law Mike Andrysiak.
