He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bernice McCallister; his children, Shirley Polidori, Glenn McCallister Jr. and Linda Russo (John); his grandchildren, Dawn Morales, Kelle Almeida, Alaina Samuel and Danielle Woods; his great grandchildren, Makayla Morales, Haley Reese, Kenna, Jaxson, Adelyn Samuel, Levi and Milo Woods; his parents, Opal McCallister (Reynolds) and Royce McCallister; his brother Douglas; and also Lela Michelle McCallister.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Mount Dora Children's Home.
