He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tartaglia and Elizabeth Tartaglia. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his siblings, Marie Castilonia (Wayne), Elizabeth Lens (Carlos) and Pat Tartaglia (Marie); his sister-in-law Elaine Stewart (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Theresa Patterson (David), Christine Covino (Alex), Marisa Tartaglia, Gina Tartaglia, Robert Stewart, Joseph Orlik (Dawn) and Stephan Orlik (Renee).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the 2021 Melbourne Area Annual Fund and the Alzheimer's Disease fund.
