He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores and Rodolfo of Bengson. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kailani Ott Kaitlyn (Fred Ott), Freddy, Briana (Nathan Siverd) of Bengson and Alea of Bengson; his wife Cheryl Wilson Turner; and his stepchildren, Tyler Turner (Megan Turner), Kaley Turner (Aaron Drake) and Shelby Sprinzen (Spencer Sprinzen).
As a longtime volunteer at the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Surfing competition, he enjoyed his time in the "dog pound" with his fellow judges.
