She was predeceased by: her husband Captain William J. Dodd (Bill). She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Bird (Jim) and Valarie Dowling; her granddaughters, Emily Williams (Zane) and Jayne Bird (Jonathan Grode); and her great grandchildren, Zane Henry Williams, Olivia Bird Grode and Sophia Bird Grode.
