He is survived by: his wife Christene Brooks (Spurlock); his children, Candace, Daniel, David and Rachel; his grandchildren, Mariah, Brooke, Donovan and Bellami; his stepchildren, Katie, Zack and Zoe; his father James Spurlock; his stepmother Linda Spurlock; his siblings, Gary and Kimberly Spurlock Tarach; and his brother-in-law Ron Tarach. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
