She is survived by: her children, Barbara Churchwell (Steve) of Panama City, FL, Joanne Kelley of Malabar, FL and David Condon (Debra) of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Teresa Churchwell, Stephen Churchwell Jr., James Churchwell, Sherry Hamilton, Chris Kelley, Erin Kelley, Rachael Condon, Billy and Tabitha; her great grandchildren, Olivia Churchwell, Madison Churchwell, James Churchwell, Austin Churchwell, Conner Churchwell, Dustin Hamilton, Desirrae Hamilton, Devon Hamilton, Christian Taylor Kelley, Christopher Kelley, Bryan Kelley, Devin Register, Michael Abston, Matthew Abston, Katilyn and Joshua; her great great grandchild Maci Lee Hamilton; her pet Annie; and her brother Paul Gramlich. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
