He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma and Max. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his stepson Max; his children, David, Lola, Keasha and Sarah; and his siblings, Paul, Theresa, Donna and Jeff. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
