He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Jane Norris; his children, Derek Norris and Kimberly Cummings; and his grandson Cameron Buck. He is survived by: his daughter Karan Norris-Buck (Jeffrey Buck). He is also survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister, several nieces and nephews, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks his loved ones to do a random act of kindness for someone in need, in memory of Chuck's good nature.
